A blocked filter is the result. Proper work also finds the cause.
A DPF stores soot and burns it during regeneration, while oil ash remains in the filter. We measure load, pressure and temperature, then identify why regeneration does not complete.
Engine soot production
EGR, injectors, turbo, thermostat, air leaks or oil consumption can fill a cleaned filter again very quickly.
Regenerate, clean or replace
The choice follows backpressure, calculated load, ash level and physical condition of the substrate.
